Joy Millard serves as area manager of New South Federal. She has over 25 years of mortgage banking experience. She began her career in loan processing, became an underwriter, and moved to branch management in 1985. Joy has held top-level mortgage positions, and was president of her own company for five years.
Joy offers her high-end customers many home financing options. She also serves FHA buyers, where her experience as an underwriter is beneficial in obtaining approval of difficult loans.
Joy is a lifelong resident of South Atlanta, and has lived in Fayette County for 19 years. Her interests include travel and spending time with her husband, Ken, and daughters Laura and Wendy.
