Profile:
Dean Riddell is the Branch Manager of the Oklahoma City branch of New South Federal and has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to joining New South, Dean was an area manager with Major Mortgage and the Branch Manager for Market Street Mortgage.
Dean has been assisting various customers from first-time homebuyers to those purchasing investment properties and/or retirement homes while providing the highest level of service. He has several loan programs for self-employed customers and those interested in building an investment property portfolio. Dean is able to find creative solutions and determine the best program to fit each client's needs. His approach to business has contributed to his success in obtaining referrals from previous customers and repeat business as well.
Dead attended Oklahoma State University and is a member of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors, Business Network International (BNI), and Yukon Chamber of Commerce, the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, and the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association.
Dean’s business philosophy is that by “treating people honestly, fairly, and with integrity, clients will come back and refer their family and friends.” His focus and goal is complete satisfaction and the greatest reward he could receive is creating customers for life.
Dean is married with three kids and family is a top priority. When he’s not helping clients, Dean enjoys coaching and officiating little league athletics, traveling, and spending time at the lake with his family.
